A tornado drill will be conducted Tuesday morning during Indiana Severe Weather Preparedness Week.
Bartholomew County Emergency Management will conduct its annual tornado test between 10 a.m. and 10:30 Tuesday, corresponding with the statewide test, said Shannan Hinton, director of the county agency.
Sirens will go off locally when the test alert is received from the National Weather Service, Hinton said.
Besides sounding of sirens, Everbridge phone email alerts will also be sent out, she said.
Severe Weather Preparedness Week runs today through Saturday.
