Peggy D. Cook, 37, of 1449 Chestnut St., Columbus, Bartholomew County warrant, 7:21 p.m., by the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, held with no bond.

Jeremy A. Weed, 31, Indianapolis, legend drug-injection devices, out-of-county warrant and possession of paraphernalia, 10:45 p.m., by the Columbus Police Department, held with no bond.

Stephen C. Rice, 26, of 3305 Lake Stream Drive, Columbus, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia — reckless, used for testing, 12:06 a.m., by the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, released on $5,000 bond.

Steven Garcia, 23, Fort Wayne, operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license, 1:23 a.m., by the Jonesville town marshal, released on $2,500 bond.

Donald C. Gilvin, 32, Bargersville, operating a vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .15 percent or more, 2:29 a.m., by the Columbus Police Department, held in lieu of $5,000 bond.
