NEW ORLEANS — Police are searching for a Louisiana woman accused of robbing her boyfriend at gunpoint after a fight.

A New Orleans Police Department news release says 38-year-old Jean Rapp and an unidentified victim were reportedly arguing about their relationship on March 30 when she demanded money.

NOLA.com/The Times-Picayune reports the victim was Rapp’s 45-year-old boyfriend. The paper says he initially refused to give her money but complied when Rapp took out a handgun and demanded it again. Rapp fled the scene.

The newspaper cites a preliminary police report that says the argument started at a nightclub, but the robbery happened after Rapp brought the boyfriend home.
