A Columbus native has been chosen to sing the National Anthem prior to the start of this morning’s 42nd annual OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon in Indianapolis.
Logan Rivera, a 2014 graduate of Columbus East High School and current Senior Airman at Grissom Air Reserve Base in Peru, is representing the U.S. Air Force at the event.
Rivera, who has been studying theatre, journalism and telecommunications at Ball State University, is the son of Dr. Eduardo and Elizabeth Rivera of Columbus.
