Hoosier Pro Wrestling, Aaron’s donate food received at show

Hoosier Pro Wrestling and Aaron’s raised 400 pounds of canned food for the Love Chapel and 250 cans for the Shiloh Baptist Church food pantry at its show last weekend.

In wrestling action, Duke The Nuke pinned Freddy Hudson, Scarecrow won a three-way dance over Zach Pittman and Cousin Cooter returned and pinned Mad Dog.

Richard Sharkey made an open challenge to anyone to take him on for the Intergender Title, and after saying he wouldn’t wrestle fan Carol Swango, he was surprised when Flash Flanagan hit the ring.

HPW tag champions Dynamite Dillen and Buck Sexton beat Fireball and Tank (with manager Damian Sink) by DQ when Sink came into the ring to help. In the main event, former WWE tag champion and NWA world champion Rob Conway beat HPW champion Kenny Kage in a non-title match.

HPW will return to the Bartholomew County 4-H Fairgrounds on Aug. 4.
