Marketplace: Breeden appoints agent to new role

Century 21 Breeden Realtors has named John Wischmeier as vice president and director of agent development, effective July 2.

Wischmeier will continue in his role as a full-time residential broker in his new role.

A graduate of Vincennes University in 1986 with a degree in business and landscape architecture, he returned to Columbus and, with his father, founded Wischmeier Nursery. He worked there until 2003 when he began his residential career with Century 21 Breeden Realtors.

He has served on numerous boards in Columbus. He is active in the Columbus Chamber of Commerce.

Wischmeier has been married to his wife, Kimberly, for 30 years. They have three children and one grandson.
