North graduate ties two Purdue-Fort Wayne records

Holly Anderson tied two Purdue-Fort Wayne women’s golf records and led the Mastodons to a 54-hole team record in this week’s Cardinal Classic, hosted by her former school, Ball State.

Anderson, a sophomore from Columbus North, fired a 1-under-par 71 Tuesday at The Players Club to tie an 18-hole school record that she also had tied in the first match of the season. Her 227 for three rounds tied the 54-hole record and tied her for 21st in the tournament.

Purdue-Fort Wayne finished 15th as a team with a school-record 940.
