MALE

Graham Keele, Columbus North junior soccer player

Keele netted a goal in all three of the Bull Dogs games last week and leads Conference Indiana with 10 goals. He scored in a 1-1 tie with East Central and a 2-1 victory against Batesville and had a goal and assist in a 2-0 win against Terre Haute South.

His performance last week: “I’m definitely happy with it gives me confidence to build on it and continue that form into the rest of the season.”

Do you do anything special to prepare? “I just get in my zone and think to myself that I need to score this game.”

Favorite drink: “Gatorade”

Favorite food: “Pizza”

Favorite book: “The False Prince”

Role model: “My dad (Seth Keele)”

Best advice: “Leave it all on the field.”

Athletics goal: “We definitely want to make it to semistate.”

If you could travel anywhere: “Hawaii, to take a break from the school grind right now.”

FEMALE

Nathaly Munnicha, Columbus North sophomore golfer

Munnicha won medalist honors with a 75 in the Greensburg Sectional. She also finished third with a 78 in the Conference Indiana Tournament and won medalist with 37s in dual-match wins against Columbus East and Greensburg.

Her performance last week: ”I played all right, not the greatest, but not the worst.”

Do you do anything special to prepare? “I usually just practice putting and maybe chip just to warm up.”

Favorite drink: “Sweet Tea”

Favorite food: “Chicken nuggets”

Favorite book: “The Harry Potter Series”

Favorite class: “Math”

Role model: “My parents (Khamphet and Joanne Munnicha)”

Best advice: “One shot at a time.”

Athletics goal: “Probably to play college golf.”

If you could travel anywhere: “I always wanted to travel to Greece because it’s really pretty there, and I’ve seen movies like Mamma Mia.”
