Gallery showcases ‘Visual Reflections’ from Duffy

B3 Gallery in Nashville is hosting “Visual Reflections” featuring work by Bloomington photographer Tom Duffy, which runs through Oct. 22.

“Visual Reflections” features landscape photographs from Indiana and other U.S locations taken during Duffy’s 15-year career in fine art photography.

“I have always been fascinated by the rich and diverse character of our earth. My goal in photographing is to share my perception of the richness and diversity,” Duffy said.

Duffy also makes still-life photographs using a technique called light painting. Working in total darkness, he uses a soft LED light to illuminate the image during long time exposures. This results are reminiscent of old-world painters. Duffy’s still life images are sold through Ascension Fine Arts in Nashville.

B3 Gallery and Ascension Fine Arts are both located at 61 W. Main St., Nashville, Indiana.
