COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus has entered into an agreement with a landscape architectural firm to design and construct an extension of the People Trail.
The Columbus Board of Works approved today a contract with Indianapolis-based Rundell Ernstberger Associates Inc. not to exceed $115,500 for the design and construction of the project.
The work will be focused along 17th Street from Noblitt Park to Donner Park and on 19th Street from Donner Park to Lincoln Park, said Dave Hayward, executive director of public works/city engineer.
