Bartholomew County Sheriff deputies are clearing the northbound I-65 on-ramp from U.S. 31 after a semi driver was found pinned between his truck and a guardrail there at about 5:15 p.m.
First responders said the man who was found at the scene was unconscious and LifeLine helicopter was requested. An accident reconstructionist was also requested.
