If you don’t already have dinner plans for tonight, tickets are still available for the 6:30 p.m. March of Dimes Signature Chefs Gala.
The event, at the Factory 12 Event Loft in downtown Columbus, will feature chefs from the Columbus area offering signature dishes, ranging from Upland Columbus Pump House’s Shrimp and Grits to Catering by Karr’s herb-roasted pork tenderloin with raspberry sauce.
240Sweet will be offering KetoLuxe candied bacon on a stick and Blackerby’s Hanger 5 will serve braised short ribs, macaroni and cheese and seared ahi tuna, for example.
Proceeds will go toward March of Dimes research, education and support services to help premature babies survive and thrive,
