Bottles of cleaning agents stored next to plastic wrap on the shelf under point of sale. A bottle of cleaning agent was stored next to single-service items in cabinet under the drink dispenser.

Frozen strawberries in the chest freezer by the basement steps are stored in a “thank you” bag. The brush used to oil the flat top grill has a metal band prone to rusting.

Hand-washing sinks must be kept clean. The hand-washing sink in the kitchen is soiled.
