COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus City Council member Frank Jerome is stepping down from his elected position at the end of the year.
In a resignation letter dated Dec. 7, Jerome indicated that he was leaving district he represents, District 3, and his resignation would be effective Dec. 31.
Jerome was elected to the council in 2011 and re-elected in 2015.
