Several high school sporting events, as well as the Elementary Basketball League cheer day competition, were postponed on Saturday because of inclement weather.
Columbus North’s girls basketball game at Bloomington South was moved to Tuesday. Columbus East’s home basketball game with Jeffersonville was postponed, with a makeup date not yet determined. Hauser’s home basketball game with Rising Sun was moved to Feb. 22.
The EBL cheer day was postponed to 6 p.m. Thursday at Columbus North.
Decisions on postponements for several of Saturday’s games were made on Friday. Among those, the Conference Indiana boys and girls swim meet will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Southport.
Columbus Christian’s boys basketball game at Cannelton and South Decatur’s home girls basketball game with Switzerland County will be Monday. Columbus North’s boys basketball game at Perry Meridian and South Decatur’s home boys basketball game with Greensburg will be Wednesday.
Columbus Christian’s girls basketball game at Cannelton will be Friday. Edinburgh’s home boys basketball game with Cambridge City Lincoln will be Feb. 9.
