The Columbus Parks and Recreation Department has closed several portions of the People Trail, including trails along State Road 46, Mill Race Park and Noblitt Park.
Due to heavy rainfall, more sections of the People Trail may become inaccessible due to rising water in the next few days.
All areas will be reopened once the water has receded and crews have cleaned mud and debris left behind.
