JERRY CLIFTON: INTARSIA WOOD ART EXHIBIT, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 21-July 23, B3 Gallery, 61 W. Main St., upstairs, Nashville. Artist’s reception will be held 4-7 p.m. June 28 at the gallery. Intarsia is a technique that uses varied shapes, sizes and species of wood to create a mosaic-like picture. Clifton relies on the natural variation of wood to create his pieces without stains. Finished works can include hundreds of pieces of wood and take 60 or more hours to complete.
