Southern Crossing, State Road 11 to U.S. 31, will be down to one lane between the hours of 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. beginning Monday and continuing for three to five days for milling and asphalt overlay.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area if at all possible, but for those traveling through, flaggers will be in place and delays are possible, according to the Bartholomew County Highway Department.
