Governor orders flags at half staff for victims
INDIANAPOLIS — Gov. Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags across the state to be flown at half-staff to honor the victims of the shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from now until sunset on Thursday.
Holcomb also asks businesses and residents across the state to lower their flags to half-staff.
