Two members of the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department received promotions recently.
Sgt. Justin Arnholt was promoted to the rank of merit sergeant, and Deputy Andrew Dougan was promoted to appointed sergeant.
“These deputies have the experience they need for their new positions and I am pleased that they have accepted the opportunity to expand their leadership skills,” Bartholomew County Sheriff Matthew A. Myers said.
