North hosting softball callout for Grades 6-8
Columbus North will hold a second callout meeting for all softball players in Grades 6 though 8 who plan to play at North High School at 6 p.m. Monday in the high school cafeteria.

Registration for youth baseball continues
Registration for Youth Baseball of Bartholomew County is open through Saturday.
Cost for age groups are $60 for 4-5, $65 for 5-6, $75 for 7-8, $85 for 9-10 and 11-12 and $100 for 13-14. All games are played at Ceraland’s seven turf diamonds.

Youth can register for shooting sports program
The Hoosier Hills Rifle and Pistol Club is once again hosting a shooting sports program for boys and girls ages 13 to 18.
Youth will learn gun safety, marksmanship skills, and earn skill awards using 22-caliber rifles shooting at paper targets at an outdoor range. Certified instructors and coaches are provided.
Training and practice sessions will be held on Wednesday evenings starting on April 7. For information and to apply, call 812-376-8922.
