Spurgeon named Bartholomew County 4-H Fair queen

COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Bartholomew County 4-H Fair queen was chosen in a competition Sunday night at Columbus North High School.

Kate Spurgeon was selected as queen. First runnerup was Chloe Sims, second runnerup was Emma Nolting. Third runnerup was Caitlyn Smith and Miss Congeniality was Olivia Shoaf.
