	Local government offices will be closed Monday for the Memorial Day holiday. Among the closings and cancellations:</p>
<ul>
	<li>
		Bartholomew County offices are closed and the County Commissioners meeting Monday has been rescheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Commissioners Chambers, Governmental Office Building, 440 Third St.</li>
	<li>
		Columbus city offices are closed, including Columbus City Utilities. Trash routes will run one day late all week, with normal Friday routes having trash picked up on Saturday.</li>
	<li>
		Bartholomew County Solid Waste Management District offices are closed, including the Columbus Recycling Center and Bartholomew County Landfill.</li>
</ul>
<p>
	Also, all Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles license branches will be closed Saturday through Monday in observance of Memorial Day.
