OLYMPIA, Washington - Police have arrested a Bellingham, Washington, man accused of writing letters to a Washington state newspaper that contained threats to kill Gov. Jay Inslee, state Attorney General Bob Ferguson, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and President Barack Obama.
