Anna Bernice Mae “Anna Banana” Hendley, 3, of Bargersville, passed away Monday, July 26, 2010. She was born December 29, 2006, in Seymour, Indiana, to Allan L. Hendley and Stacy R. Garrett Hendley.

She loved and enjoyed riding her pony “Cody” and also enjoyed fishing, bears, baby dolls and “Dora” and “Elliott Moose”. She attended Greenwood Bible Baptist Church.

Survivors include her father, Allan L. Hendley of Franklin; her mother, Stacy R. Garrett Hendley of Bargersville; a brother, Jamison C. Hendley of Bedford; two sisters Cheyanne M. Hendley of Bedford and Lela R. Hendley of Bargersville; maternal grandmother, Deborah D. Wells Garrett of Bargersville; paternal grandparents, Debra K. Brown of Brownstown and Freddie A. Hendley (Kathy) of Martinsville; and great-grandparents, John H. Hendley of Franklin and Bernice Brown of Russell Springs, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Michael A. Garrett, and great-grandparents, Opal M. Hendley and Leslie D. Brown.

The Reverend Todd Poynter will conduct a service at 1 p.m. Friday at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31, Franklin. Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
