PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island - Rhode Island Attorney General Peter F. Kilmartin has sued the Western Coventry Fire District accusing it of violating the state Open Meetings Act. He sued the Manville Fire Department for allegedly violating the Access to Public Records Act.
