MONTGOMERY, Alabama - Alabama is getting more than $30 million in additional federal grants to help with the recovery from deadly tornadoes in April 2011, Gov. Robert Bentley announced Tuesday.
HOBOKEN, New Jersey - This city was nearly swallowed by the Hudson River during Superstorm Sandy last year. Three of its electrical substations and most of its firehouses flooded, businesses and homes were submerged, and people were trapped in high-rises because elevators didn't work and lobbies were under water.
LYONS, Colorado - The federal government will provide$62.8 million to help individuals and communities rebuilding from flooding in northeastern Colorado.
