RALEIGH, North Carolina - When the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his famous "I Have a Dream" speech in Washington on Aug. 28, 1963, he drew heavily on a speech he gave eight months earlier in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Some similarities:
