Jason Avenue and Michigan Road: Police responded at 4:58 p.m. Sunday to a stop sign in the grass. The sign was returned to the street department.
Thefts
• 2600 block of North Morton Street: A woman reported at 12:04 p.m. Friday that someone stole her personal belongings while at work.
• Huntington Bank, 1126 N. Main St.: A woman reported at 1:07 p.m. Friday that her debit card was missing from her car.

• 5:14 p.m. Friday — U.S. 31 and Simon Road
• 3:09 p.m. Friday — U.S. 31 and Schoolhouse Road

• 5:32 p.m. Friday — U.S. 31 and Simon Road: Jennifer L. Case, 39, Franklin; Larry E. Llewellyn, 72, Greenwood; and Roy A. McDonough, 52, Franklin. Case reported chest pain.
• 5:18 a.m. Monday — Musicland Drive and Arvin Road: Glenn E. Rippy, 58, reported severe head bleeding.

3800 block of Chancellor Drive: A man reported at 5:41 p.m. Saturday that someone flattened a truck tire with a nail.
