    Criminal mischief
    1200 block of Yellowstone Way: Police responded at 7:26 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a cut tire on a car and a pornographic picture message on a cellphone.
    800 block of Windstar Boulevard: Police responded at 9:09 a.m. Tuesday to a report of words written on a vehicle.
    300 block of West Jefferson Street: Police responded at 5:40 a.m. Tuesday to a report of a broken mirror on a vehicle.
    Indecent exposure
    Police responded at 12:22 a.m. Tuesday to a report of someone urinating on a front lawn and exposing themselves.
    Thefts
    900 block of Graham Street: Police responded at 8:10 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a stolen bicycle.
    1500 block of Younce Street: Police responded at 2:31 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a purse that was taken from an unlocked vehicle. Contents of the purse were found nearby.
    Franklin Police Department, 2801 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 1:07 p.m. Monday to a report of stolen prescription medication.
    O’Reilly Auto Parts, 936 N. Morton St.: Police responded at 8:09 a.m. Monday to a report of theft of a catalytic converter.

    Thomas Earl Quint, 18, 1539 Franklin Place Court, Franklin; arrested on a charge of possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol by a minor; released on $1,000 bond.
