100 block of Washington Street: Police responded at 7:56 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a stolen bicycle.
100 block of Jordan Drive: Police responded at 7:44 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a stolen bicycle.
Criminal mischief
400 block of East Jefferson Street: A man reported at 4:27 p.m. Wednesday that a window was broken out at a vacant property owned by a real estate company he works.
Personal-injury accidents
5:42 p.m. Wednesday — 2900 block of Graham Road: Lindsey Hankins, 29, Franklin; passenger Micah Connell, 11, Franklin, had minor face bleeding.
1:24 p.m. Wednesday — U.S. 31 and Schoolhouse Road: Logan Milner, 17, Indianapolis; and Danny Simpson, 61, Seymour. Simpson reported minor shoulder or upper arm bleeding.
11:59 a.m. Wednesday — U.S. 31 and Schoolhouse Road: Sarah Caldwell, 36, and Ashley Duke, 19, Morgantown; and Suzanne Warren, 38, Franklin. Duke reported head pain.

200 block of Yorktown Road: Police responded at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday to a report of theft.
1100 block of Southbridge Drive: Police responded at 2:12 p.m. Tuesday to a report of theft.
1600 block of Pinetree Way: Police responded at 2:57 p.m. Tuesday to a report of theft.
Kohl’s, 550 Fry Road: Police responded at 3:11 p.m. Tuesday to a report of theft. Two people were arrested.
Indecent exposure
Greenwood Park Mall parking lot, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 4:35 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a man exposing himself.
Criminal mischief
300 block of Elmead Court: A woman reported at 10:13 p.m. Tuesday damage to the hood of her vehicle.

Theft
5300 block of Crooked Stick Court: Police responded at 1:48 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a van that was broken into. A wallet and a copy of a birth certificate were stolen.
