The Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. is proposing $23.5 million in school upgrades to nearly all of its school facilities.
Entrance and building-security improvements at elementary schools, $6 million in athletic program upgrades at North and East high schools and a $2 million performing arts addition at East are among the projects the school corporation will present during Monday's 7 p.m. school board meeting at Schmitt Elementary, 2675 California St., Columbus.
