COLUMBUS, Ind. — A traffic stop in rural Bartholomew County led to the arrest of two area residents on charges of making methamphetamine.
Melvin Foree, 31, 2809 S. County Road 900W, Scipio, and Dawn Johnson, 29, 1104 Brittney Blvd., Seymour, were arrested early this morning on the same charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, a Class B felony, and possession of drug precursors, a Class D felony, after the discovery of a a one-pot meth lab inside their vehicle.
