COLUMBUS, Ind. — A three-vehicle accident that sent two people to the hospital this morning also temporarily prevented employees at three businesses in the Columbus Industrial Park from getting to work.
The 8 a.m. accident on Indianapolis Road at Arcadia Drive, about a quarter-mile south of the U.S. 31 overpass, involved a Chevrolet Trail Blazer, a Honda Civic and a Chevrolet Cobalt. While nobody in the SUV was hurt, one person in each of the cars was taken to the emergency room at Columbus Regional Hospital, Columbus police said.
The crash blocked the only entrance to the Cummins Data Center, Capco LLC and PMG Indiana – all located within the park.
