Arrests in fatal Indianapolis neighborhood explosion

The owner of a Richmond Hill home, her boyfriend and his brother have been charged with multiple felonies after a southside Indianapolis explosion that killed two and damaged dozens of homes.

Monserrate Shirley, who owns the home on Fieldfare Way, her boyfriend Mark Leonard and his brother Robert Leonard were charged with murder, arson and conspiracy to commit arson, Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry said in a news conference Friday.

All three were arrested Friday morning, Curry said.
