COLUMBUS, Ind. — Tom O. Reed’s days as a talent scout in the recording industry years ago brought him to lunch with such celebrities as Elton John.
Today, his current work in the arts — handmade kitchenware — has won him praise from notables ranging from staff at Buckingham Palace to the late Julia Child and the late Andy Rooney. Some of his creations even have landed in the Smithsonian Museum.
He will be among 68 professional artists participating in the free Ninth Annual Déjà Vu Art and Fine Craft Show on Nov. 16 at The Commons, 300 Washington St.
