COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus police arrested two Indianapolis men today on charges of attempted burglary, in connection with a tavern and restaurant near Interstate 65.
George E. Brown, 48, and Troy Copeland, 46, were pulled over a mile north of Taylorsville on northbound I-65 shortly before 8:30 a.m., said said Columbus Police Lt. Matt Myers.
The incident began shortly after 8 when an employee of Scores Sports Bar and Grill, 3539 W. Two Mile House Road, Columbus, heard security alarms coming from the business as she arrived to unlock the doors, Myers said.
