COLUMBUS, Ind. — A 78-year-old Columbus man suffered a broken thigh bone while participating in Saturday's Hope Ride bicycling fundraiser.
Roger Wallace said he was injured at 9:23 a.m. when he collided with a female bicyclist who had turned in front of him and stopped. Wallace said he fell from the bike and hit the road pavement in the 3500 block of North County Road 1140E, Hartsville, near Anderson Falls.
