Burton has commanding edge, Phillips high scratch series in Senior Men’s play

Fred Burton had the individual high game with a 258 in Senior Men’s League play at the Columbus Bowling Center.
Steve Phillips had a 247 while Everett Herron rolled a 245. Other high scores were posted by Russ Brummett (238) and Jim Stark (236).
Phillips had the high scratch series at 686 while Burton posted a 660. John Morris shot 637, Herron finished with a 626 and Jim Fields had a 601.
The Alley Cats, Badgers and Pumas are tied for first place with 12-4 records.
