City organizes to tackle downtown parking

COLUMBUS, Ind. — A committee of city officials, and representatives of downtown businesses and Cummins, will supervise improving downtown Columbus parking. It will be up to the Columbus City Council whether the changes involve parking meters.

Columbus Mayor Kristen Brown and Redevelopment Director Heather Pope reviewed two downtown parking options with the city council Tuesday night.
