Columbus man accused of pointing gun at motorist

Follow The Republic:

Columbus police arrested a 70-year-old Columbus man Tuesday on a charge of intimidation, drawing a deadly weapon, after he was accused of pointing a gun at a motorist.

The incident happened at about 7:30 a.m. near 22nd Street and Home Avenue, according to Columbus Police spokesman Sgt. Matt Harris.

Larry J. Millemon had a 9-millimeter handgun and a concealed carry badge that closely resembled a law enforcement badge, Harris said. He was transported to the Bartholomew County Jail after his arrest.
