Columbus Police made two arrests for drug-related offenses over the weekend.
Delman S. Bryant, 27, Columbus, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of dealing in a schedule 1 controlled substance, according to Columbus Police spokesman Matt Harris.
Bryant was arrested at a home in the 1500 block of Lochry Street in Franklin, Harris said.
The warrant was served by the department’s Community Oriented Policing and Problem Solving unit with the assistance of Franklin police. He is being held in the Bartholomew County Jail on $100,000 bond.
Columbus Police also arrested Shannon M. Sneed, 35, Columbus, in the area of 25th Street and Marr Road on Sunday after being called to the area about a vehicle driving the wrong way on Marr Road.
A police canine indicated narcotics were in the vehicle.
Sneed was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a legend drug injection device and reckless possession of drug paraphernalia.
