COLUMBUS, Ind. — Angela Assmann, a 40-year-old Columbus woman, was sentenced to a total of five years in prison in connection with charges of receiving stolen property and drug possession.
Bartholomew County Circuit Court Judge Stephen Heimann ruled Monday that Assmann gets two days in the Bartholomew County Jail and 18 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance; two days in the local jail and 20 months in prison for possession of methamphetamine; and 22 months in state prison for receiving stolen property.
