Community garden to expand

COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Columbus Community Garden is expected to grow by 28 plots, just in time for spring planting.

Jim Clouse, special projects manager for the city’s Community Development staff, said the expansion will allow the city to chip away at a waiting list that exists every year.
