A consultant who led efforts to renovate the Crump Theatre and Mill Race Amphitheater is stepping into retirement.
Jayne Farber has been the Columbus Arts District's consultant and a member of the Crump and amphitheater steering committees since 2012, when she was hired by the city.
She also serves on the Columbus Board of Works and will continue that role as a board member.
"I love working on these projects. But for many, many years, I’ve been looking forward to my retirement day," Farber said.
Farber said she will continue to support and encourage city officials to renovate the Crump Theatre and the amphitheater.
