From holding on to a precious phone number to keeping that million-dollar idea from slipping out of your head, the humble cocktail napkin is good for so much more than just mopping up a dribbled drink.
Unleash that little white square of potential this month when the Columbus Area Arts Council sponsors Downtown Doodles to celebrate Arts & Humanities month. Through Oct. 15, diners at participating members of the Downtown Columbus Independent Restaurant Association will be provided with a napkin for the sole purpose of doodling. Then the Arts Council will assemble the creations into an exhibit that will be displayed at Hotel Indigo’s Phi Gallery.
Go see your masterpiece on display at a reception at Hotel Indigo at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 8.
