Consultants for the downtown Columbus parking study will present preliminary results this week at a public meeting.
The meeting will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Columbus City Hall’s meeting room, said Heather Pope, the city’s redevelopment director.
The city is working with a Boston consultant, to get a better picture of the downtown parking situation, Pope said.
In May, the redevelopment commission agreed to an $85,000 contract with the consultant to analyze trends and regulations, to identify concerns of business owners, and to develop strategies to improve parking and evaluate future needs.
