The final Comprehensive Health Screening Clinic of the year will be from 8 to 10 a.m. today at Mill Race Center, 900 Lindsey St.
Flu shots also will be provided at Mill Race by the Silver Oaks Healthcare Campus from 8 a.m. until noon Wednesday and 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday. There is no charge for flu shots for Medicare patients. Those who do not have Medicare will be charged a fee of $15.
Screenings available through the clinic are expected to include ocular pressure, blood pressure, glucose, balance (fall prevention), depression, nutrition counseling and medication reviews.
Cholesterol screenings will not be included in this month’s clinic. Participants in the health screening are asked to make appointments at 376-9241. Flu shots will be administered on a first-come, first-served basis.
