COLUMBUS, Ind. — U.S. Rep. Mike Pence, R-Ind., who is running for governor, has rented a house northeast of Indianapolis while also maintaining his Columbus home.
Pence and his family are renting a house in McCordsville for personal and professional convenience, according to a press release from his campaign.
"Columbus is home for the Pences, but family needs and professional convenience made this move necessary. Mike Pence has always put his family first and kept his family close, and he will continue to do so as he serves the people of Indiana," said Christy Denault, spokeswoman for the campaign.
