Steven Schultz developed an interested in public service almost 25 years ago when he served as an administrative assistant to former Gov. Bob Orr.
Schultz, a 46-year-old attorney who lives in Columbus, will be pursuing that interest today when he interviews for an upcoming vacancy on the Indiana Supreme Court.
A seven-member Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission is interviewing 15 applicants from around the state, including Schultz, to fill the seat that will be left vacant when Chief Justice Randall T. Shepard retires in March.
